Results and Impact

The combination of Otamiser’s Booster® algorithm and strategic revenue management created impressive outcomes for Hotel Staatsman:

  • ADR: increased by 10.1% on average during Otamiser’s management when compared to the same months the year before implementation of the Booster® algorithm.
  • Occupancy: grew 39.69% on average. 
  • RevPAR Growth: increased by 84.20% on average during Otamiser’s management.
